Fundamental Fitness specializes in, in-home personal training, couples or family personal training and outdoor boot camp style workouts. Our workout routines whether individual, small group or boot camp are designed to be fun yet challenging to support you in achieving optimal results.

 

All of our workouts encompass every aspect of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibilty, plyometrics and core training. We even offer individually-tailored nutritional guidance in conjunction with a registered dietician to support you in achieving any of your fitness goals! We are located in sussex, WI.

Training Programs

Personal Training - Approx. 60 min

We offer 1-on-1 or small group personal training sessions up to 4 people. This session consists of a combination of cardio, core and strength training, as well as exercises which improve flexibility. This specific training is tailored to the needs of each individual client.
