Welcome to Fundamental Fitness! I'm Carl Adams, the founder and head trainer. With a deep passion for helping individuals transform their lives, I’ve guided my clients through countless fitness journeys, resulting in thousands of lost pounds and healthier lifestyles gained.

My mission is simple: to challenge you with personalized workouts that bring lasting change.

Certified in multiple fitness disciplines, I offer virtual 1:1,  in-home, group, and outdoor boot camp sessions, all tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work on strength, flexibility, and endurance.
